18/30 - You could be a part time model...

So, this is a remix outfit, I swear!

I had to swap out my white T (I've worn once) for a spirit shirt. We just got our choir Ts and I was DYING to wear it. I have my leopard shoes on, but I was running around barefoot during our photo shoot for musical. That is why we have a backdrop and stool and lighting equipment out.

Also, my show choir kids discussed how I could be a model from mid-calf down. I could! I mean, look at that ankle! Pretty feet too! So this is me modeling my best attribute! :)

17/30 - Gaga for this one!

One of the voice teachers on my campus said to me today, "I am just GAGA for those shoes!" He meant it as a pun referring to Lady Gaga, but I am gaga in the traditional sense for these! :)

We have been moving around the building this week, looking for new places to take our photos. Today, we are in the mail room. And (spoiler alert!) this is not my mailbox! The magic of behind the scenes...

The lighting was TERRIBLE, through no fault of Natalie. That's why I put a lightning bolt in the photo. You can't see my necklace, but it is amazing. I will wear it again!

16/30 - Yay, go America!

I realize this top sort of looks black, but it's actually navy. And, I am wearing red pants and silver jewelry. It was very "God Bless America" at the Super Bowl as a pop star.

Anyway, we took pics today on our stage and it is half set for the musical at the moment. I say half because only the mock-up is up, not the actual pretty set part. I took some other pics, but thumbs up was the winner. I was laughing cause Nat and Lana were freaking out about the stability of the set. I was like 250lb boys are dancing on this every day. It's fine! :)

15/30 - Halfway!

Natalie warned me that this day was coming. The day when I'd want to give up on the remix. I am not really wanting to give up, as much as I just need to plan a little bit for the next few days because if I don't, then I will want to quit!

I subbed out my black T shirt for this shirt last week, and I am so glad I did. I wore it on Saturday too, and I always feel so great in it.

I have a crazy one planned for tomorrow...let's see if I can pull it off! :)

14/30 - The Greatest Show on Earth!

This morning, I put on this H&M stripped shirt and my red jeans and my black boots and my black blazer and guess what.

I looked like a ringmaster for the circus.

So...I took off the blazer. Still looked like a costume. Changed the red pants, silhouette was too tight. Then put on the fuchsia cardigan. Finally. I looked like a human, not a character.

13/30 - Who I wanted to be...

This post title reminds me of the movie 13 going on 30. I love that movie. She was so cool and fashionable as a 30 year old! It gave me such hope for the future! Now that I am 30, I am happy that I am almost fashionable. :)

12/30 - Scat!

The Browns and Randalls went out on Friday night to celebrate Tim's 31st birthday. We went to UNO and then to the Flying Saucer. I had Tim take my remix picture in the alley outside Scat. Very cool picture!
